So I was completely inspired by this picture to write a blog about all the great things vintage paraphernalia can do for us!

1. Fashion: It may not have been a great idea to wear just a cotton shirt when working in a coal factory back in 1927, but now we can accessorize a cotton shirt with a complementing scarf, or a vest. While were on the subject, back then the poor were expected to dress in tattered clothing now however, Dolce and Gabbana had a distressed, tattered look in their whole winter lineup!
